Neobridge Healthcare is proud to share this opportunity on behalf of Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC. Avalon is seeking founding Family Physicians to help lead longitudinal primary care for patients across Greater Victoria.
This is an opportunity to practice family medicine the way many physicians hoped it would be: relationship-based, team-supported, clinically meaningful, and sustainable.
We are building a true medical home where patients receive coordinated care and physicians have the time, infrastructure, and interdisciplinary support needed to do their best work.
At Avalon, you will practice alongside Nurse Practitioners, allied health clinicians, and rehabilitation specialists in one connected environment.

Founded by Dr. Dennis Y. Kim and Alexis de Rosenroll, our model brings physicians, nurse practitioners, allied health clinicians, and rehabilitation specialists into one coordinated team.
