Job Description

We partner with Family Office and private investment clients across the United States to identify experienced accounting and finance professionals who can support complex, multi-entity financial environments.

Our clients range from single-family offices to diversified private investment platforms and closely held operating entities. We are continuously building relationships with accounting and finance professionals who bring strong technical foundations, discretion, and experience working within private, high-touch environments.

Opportunities may range from Senior Accountant to Controller or Director-level positions depending on experience and background.

Areas of Responsibility:

While specific responsibilities vary by client and level, professionals in these environments commonly provide coverage in areas such as:

• Full-cycle accounting across multiple entities
• General ledger oversight, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Month-end and year-end close processes
• Consolidations and intercompany accounting
• Investment accounting and reporting
• Cash management and liquidity oversight
• Capital activity tracking, distributions, and entity-level reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordination with external tax advisors and auditors
• Support of partnership, trust, or individual-related financial reporting
• Process improvement and internal controls development

These environments often require hands-on involvement, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate within lean, confidential structures.

Ideal Background

We are interested in professionals who may bring experience in:

• Family Office environments
• Private investment firms
• Partnership or multi-entity accounting
• Public accounting with closely held or high-net-worth clients
• Trust and estate exposure
• Consolidated reporting structures

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or CPA-track professionals are often preferred depending on level.
