
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a full-time FNP or PA to join the Family Medicine Reo team providing mostly acute visits. This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. Typical working hours will be 4 days per week totaling 64 hours per pay. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.

Required Certifications/Education/Experience:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Indiana
Preferred Certifications/Education/Experience:
Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.
