SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a PRN NP, PA, APRN, or FNP who brings more than clinical knowledge to the team.

You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide patient-focused care for individuals seeking hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness services.

What You'll Do

You'll provide quality patient care while helping create the kind of experience patients want to come back to.

Your day may include:

• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols
• Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Educating patients about their health and treatment options
• Building genuine, trusting relationships with patients
• Explaining medical information in a way patients can actually understand
• Collaborating with the Medical Director, Center Director, and clinic team
• Helping create a welcoming, positive patient experience
• Using electronic systems and technology to efficiently manage patient care
• Jumping in and supporting the team when needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license
• Ability to practice within your professional scope and applicable clinical protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must successfully complete our credentialing process
• Must be available for 2 full weeks of paid training, Monday–Friday

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our hiring and credentialing process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, NPI/taxonomy information, and other required credentials.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process.

All licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.

PRN Schedule

This is a PRN position supporting our Indianapolis-area clinics.

You may float between:

• Greenwood
• Carmel

PRN Requirements

• Minimum 2 shifts per month
• 3 Saturdays during months with 5 Saturdays

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
