Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Primary Care

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a permanent, outpatient-only primary care position in the Seattle, Washington area. This role serves an established patient population and offers a predictable weekday schedule with strong clinical and administrative support. There are no inpatient responsibilities, hospital rounding, or call coverage associated with this position.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour clinic days

• Start Date: ASAP

• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

• Call: None

• Inpatient Duties: None

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform preventive care and routine wellness visits

• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR

Requirements

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Board Certified

• Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Strong outpatient primary care experience preferred
