A large, well-established mission-driven non-profit in the Florence area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its growing primary care team.

Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
  • Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and assess patient health needs
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Perform routine procedures including immunizations, injections, wound care, and suturing
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system
  • Participate in triage and clinical decision-making regarding patient care needs

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Active or eligible Arizona APRN license
  • DEA certification or eligible
  • Prior primary care or community health experience preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to patient-centered community healthcare
  • New Graduates Welcome
