Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Chesterton, Indiana

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Chesterton who wants sustainable patient care, strong clinical support, and an outpatient schedule that leaves room for life outside of work.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, acute visits, chronic disease management, and continuity of care across the lifespan. You’ll practice alongside an established clinical and administrative support team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$135,000
• Medical: employee-only plans starting at $38.93/pay period
• Dental: $17.81/pay period
• Vision: $2.23/pay period
• 120 hours vacation plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits
• HRSA loan repayment eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation considered case-by-case
