Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Valparaiso, Indiana

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Valparaiso who wants stable outpatient practice, meaningful patient relationships, and a compensation model that isn’t built around production pressure.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, acute visits, chronic disease management, and continuity across the lifespan. You’ll work within a collaborative organization with clinical and administrative support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$135,000
• Medical: employee-only plans starting at $38.93/pay period
• Dental: $17.81/pay period
• Vision: $2.23/pay period
• 120 hours vacation plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits
• HRSA loan repayment eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage
• Relocation considered case-by-case
