Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Sandy Lake, PA

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a stable weekday schedule, strong benefits, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care across the lifespan.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages with the support of an established clinical team. Your primary location will be Sandy Lake with additional coverage at the Sheakleyville site. You'll practice in a welcoming rural community where you can build lasting patient relationships while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: Starting at $100,000 and increasing based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus
• Health insurance: Employer pays 80%
• Dental insurance: $4.37 per month
• Vision insurance: $1.01 per month
• PTO: 20 days plus 8 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $1,500 annual allowance
• Retirement: 403(b) with a 5% employer match
• Student loan repayment: Up to $100,000
