Family Nurse Practitioner
Chesterton, IN

We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, and meaningful community impact.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role providing care to patients of all ages. You'll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong administrative support and dedicated charting time. You'll practice in Chesterton, Indiana, with access to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, scenic state parks, excellent local schools, and a welcoming community that offers an exceptional quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience
• Bonus or incentives: Non-production compensation model focused on quality care
• Health insurance: Employer pays 75% of medical coverage

• Paid Time Off: 120 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal time, and 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
