Family Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this primary care provider role.

This position requires a clinically confident, independent provider who can manage a full spectrum of care across all ages while operating in a single-provider clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• 
  Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• 
  Perform preventative care, routine exams, and health screenings
• 
  Manage daily patient volumes that fluctuate seasonally
• 
  Operate independently as the primary provider within the clinic
• 
  Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
• 
  Collaborate with support staff and local healthcare resources as needed
• 
  Participate in light weekday call coverage via phone

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 
  Active, unrestricted license to practice
• 
  Ability to independently manage a full patient panel
• 
  Strong clinical judgment across acute, chronic, and preventative care
• 
  Comfortable working as the sole provider in a rural setting
• 
  Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• 
  Stable and consistent employment history

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Prior experience in family medicine or primary care settings
• 
  Experience practicing in rural or underserved communities
• 
  Comfort managing variable patient volumes independently
• 
  Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• 
  Bilingual capabilities

HireNow Package

• Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 base (DOE)
• Location: Onsite in Island Park
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
