We’re hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established, physician-led multispecialty group located in the East Bay Area of Northern California This is a stable, outpatient-only opportunity with an experienced care team that values quality, collaboration, and autonomy.
Outpatient-only primary care for all ages, with additional focus on mental health and women’s health
No weekends, no evenings, no call — enjoy predictable hours and real work-life balance
Supportive setting with tenured clinical staff and board-certified physicians
Access to a large network of providers across multiple specialties and locations
Use of EMR for modern, efficient care delivery
1+ year of experience in primary care preferred
Proficient with EMR systems
Current state license and national certification as an NP
$142,000 – $162,600 annually, based on experience and credentials. Full benefits and malpractice included.
This opportunity is based in an East Bay, California suburb located within commuting distance to San Francisco and Oakland.
