Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Westgate, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Serves as a preceptor for students in the nurse practitioner concentrations for family nurse practitioner and adult gerontological nurse practitioners while providing primary care to patients across the lifespan in the clinic and mobile health unit settings.
• Participates in the client’s plan of care, interdisciplinary team meetings, and mobile health unit committee meetings when necessary.
• Discusses findings as needed with attending physician, consulting staff, and interprofessional medical service providers.
• Oversees administrative services relevant to FNP practices.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.

Salary:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annually.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. *Every other weekend as needed.
