Position: Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Elmont, New York
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Counsel patients on drug regimens and potential interactions.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Fluent in Spanish (Required).
• Strong clinical skills and evidence-based practice knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
