A thriving community health clinic in San Antonio is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a values-driven team that prioritizes access, equity, and high-quality care.

As an FNP, you’ll deliver full-spectrum care across the lifespan. Your work will involve managing acute visits, chronic conditions, preventive screenings, and health education. This is an opportunity to serve a multicultural population with a strong support system and meaningful autonomy in practice.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical pathway improvements, and engage in quality-driven initiatives that benefit both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program

• National board certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)

• Texas license or eligibility

• At least one year of outpatient experience preferred

• Spanish fluency is a plus
