We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dedicated team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and preventive healthcare to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in delivering culturally sensitive care to our Spanish-speaking patient population, ensuring their comfort and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
• Deliver primary care services and preventive healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families to foster a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York State.
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Commitment to patient-centered care in a community-focused setting.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
