We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and deliver personalized care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking patient population and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
• Deliver primary and preventive care services to patients of all ages.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient visits and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York State.
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
