Family Nurse Practitioner – Manchester, NH
Serving a vibrant community in the heart of New England, this primary care clinic in Manchester is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment and values comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Conduct full-scope primary care evaluations and treatments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and guide patients through preventative strategies. This role includes autonomy in clinical decision-making while being part of a supportive care team.
Qualifications
MSN or DNP
Certified FNP (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
NH license or eligibility
Solid primary care experience preferred
