Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Mandarin-Speaking
Location: Flushing, New York

Our outpatient facility in Flushing, NY, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) fluent in Mandarin to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals passionate about serving a diverse community while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and routine checkups.
• Provide telemedicine consultations from the office setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a supervising physician.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with eligibility in New York State.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or a related setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

Work Schedule:

• Part-Time: Flexible scheduling options, including 1-2 days per week or a consistent 3-5 days per week.
• Occasional travel to a future Brooklyn office may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 140k -175k
• Paid malpractice coverage.
