Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Community Health Center – Littleton, NH

Our Client is a mission-driven community health center serving the North Country of New Hampshire from its home base in Littleton, NH. The Position:

We are seeking a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care in Littleton, NH. Salary and Benefits:

• $114,000 to $120,000 Annual Salary

• Requirements:
• Active New Hampshire APRN license (or eligible)
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
• 3 years of direct primary care experience
• Experience with electronic health records (AthenaOne)
• Responsibilities:
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No weekends and no call
• Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
• Approximately 2 patients per hour
• Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Work with a robust care team that handles much of the administrative load
• Contribute provider input into organizational decisions
• Complete timely documentation in AthenaOne
