Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Community Health Center – Littleton, NH

Our Client is a mission-driven community health center serving the North Country of New Hampshire from its home base in Littleton, NH. Littleton sits at the edge of the White Mountains, with Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain, and hundreds of miles of trails minutes from the clinic. New Hampshire has no state income tax and no sales tax, and Littleton pairs a walkable, award-winning Main Street with an affordable cost of living and quick access to Boston and Burlington.

The Position:

We are seeking a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for outpatient primary care in Littleton, NH. What sets this role apart is the combination of a strong care team, provider input into organizational decisions, and a real focus on clinician well-being. Our Client works hard to reduce administrative burden and support professional growth so providers can succeed both at work and at home.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $114,000 to $120,000 Annual Salary

  • Requirements:
  • Active New Hampshire APRN license (or eligible)
  • Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
  • 3 years of direct primary care experience
  • Experience with electronic health records (AthenaOne)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • No weekends and no call
  • Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
  • Approximately 2 patients per hour
  • Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
  • Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute visits
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Work with a robust care team that handles much of the administrative load
  • Contribute provider input into organizational decisions
  • Complete timely documentation in AthenaOne
