Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a forward-thinking outpatient practice in Louisville, KY. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, team-based setting that values clinical autonomy and community engagement.
Outpatient-only, full-time schedule
Treat patients across the lifespan in a collaborative environment
Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and continuity
Participation in clinical leadership, quality improvement, or mentorship encouraged
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary starting at $225,000 annually, based on experience and training

Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Kentucky medical license or eligibility in progress
