Our opportunities are able to provide you with a diverse and enriching experience as you take this first step into your new career as a Family Medicine Physician. Mt. Shasta, situated amidst the breathtaking beauty of California's stunning Mt. Shasta. Our hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility, holding a level III trauma center designation, and boasts a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department. Complementing the hospital are three rural health clinics, all committed to serving the needs of our close-knit rural community.
Compensation / BenefitsBase Salary: $285,000 Pediatric call: $12,000 OB Call: $42,000 Sign on: $50,000 Quarterly Quality Incentive $16,000Annual Retention Bonus after year 3 of $20,000Production bonus $20 per Wrvu up to $20,000 after 4,400 annually Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Student loan support- per conversation, also PSLF& NHSC Direct Employment from Non profit hospital- all amazing benefits, malpractice, health insurance, PTO and MORE

MUST be able to do C-sections independently.
This opportunity qualifies for the PSLF loan waiver
After the initial two-year term retention bonus paid at the end of each year. (With the first payment made at the end of the contract’s third year.)
