Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Kirkland, WA location.
Position Highlights:
RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
Centralized pharmacist refill support
Provider EPIC trainer
EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model

Compensation & Benefits:
Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291k-$415k
Up to 5 weeks of PTO
1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
Relocation support available
5–7% retirement matching and immediate vesting
Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Qualifications:
Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of a US residency program
Washington physician license
Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
