Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care network within a well-established, physician-led health system. Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (Internal Medicine) or patients across the lifespan (Family Medicine)
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
• Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
• Eligible for participation with all payers
