Family Medicine Physician (FM)
Woodsville, New Hampshire
We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants competitive compensation, dedicated administrative time, and the opportunity to provide meaningful primary care in a supportive, community-focused environment.
You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team with integrated behavioral health resources and a focus on quality care over patient volume.

What makes you a great fit
- You hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- You have completed an accredited medical residency
- You hold an active New Hampshire medical license or are eligible to obtain one
- You have DEA registration or are eligible to obtain it
- You have strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- You’re comfortable diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
- You value preventive medicine, patient education, and continuity of care
- You enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- Family Medicine training and experience with underserved populations are preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $220,000–$240,000 annually, based on experience
- Negotiable sign-on/retention bonus
