Family Medicine Physician (FP)

Lake City East, Florida

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and significant student loan repayment opportunities.

You’ll step into an outpatient role at a mission-driven nonprofit focused on providing compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. You’ll work alongside a comprehensive support team in a community-based setting that prioritizes quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $215,000–$250,000
• Quarterly and semi-annual incentive bonuses
• Medical insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage
• 20 days of PTO plus 11 paid holidays
• CME allowance of $2,000 plus matching CME hours
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
• Employer-paid malpractice insurance
• Employer-paid DEA and license renewal
