Family Medicine Physician (FM)

Fleming Island/Middleburg, Florida

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and significant student loan repayment opportunities.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages while floating between established and new clinic locations in Fleming Island and Middleburg. You’ll have strong clinical support and an LPN triage service to help minimize after-hours call responsibilities.

You’ll practice in Clay County, Florida, offering a relaxed suburban lifestyle with convenient access to Jacksonville, the St. Johns River, and plenty of outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $215,000–$250,000
• Quarterly and semi-annual incentive bonuses

• CME allowance of $2,000 plus 5 CME days
