Family Medicine Physician (FM)

• You are a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
• You’ve completed an accredited residency program
• You hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license
• You’re comfortable managing preventive, acute, and chronic care

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: Starting at $220,000+ based on experience
• Health insurance: Employer pays 70%
• Dental & vision insurance
• Retirement: 403(b) with a 5% employer match
• PTO: 5 weeks
• 7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays
• CME: $4,500 annual stipend plus CME time
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
