Family Medicine Physician
Lebanon, Pennsylvania

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Lebanon, PA who wants predictable hours, strong loan repayment, and the ability to serve a diverse community.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on caring for patients of all ages. You’ll have 32 clinical hours and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week, with full team support and no call requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $220,000 – $230,000
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Health insurance (90% employer paid)

• 33 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
• CME: $2,500 + 40 hours
