Primary Care Physician – Faculty Opportunity
Valparaiso, Indiana

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Valparaiso, Indiana who wants to combine meaningful patient care with academic involvement without sacrificing work-life balance.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on chronic disease management, preventive services, and whole-person care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll serve as faculty in a Physician Residency Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of physicians while maintaining professional autonomy.

You’ll practice in Valparaiso, Indiana, a growing community just outside Chicago known for its strong schools, vibrant downtown district, and access to Lake Michigan’s shoreline.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $240,000+
• Employer-paid health insurance covering 70% of premiums
