Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, with a focus on preventive care and patient education. Address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral health issues, within a primary care setting. Perform routine physical exams, health screenings, and minor procedures as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
