Family Medicine Physician (Adult-Only)

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role.

This opportunity is focused on adult-only patient care and requires a physician who can independently manage complex chronic conditions while maintaining strong patient relationships and clinical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• 
  Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• 
  Deliver preventive care and patient education focused on long-term health outcomes
• 
  Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated care

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• 
  Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 
  Demonstrated experience treating adult patient populations exclusively
• 
  Strong competency managing chronic disease conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease)
• 
  Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
• 
  Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• 
  Stable and consistent clinical work history
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Experience in outpatient adult primary care settings
• 
  Strong preventive care and patient education background
• 
  Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently

  Experience in collaborative, team-based care environments

HireNow Package

• Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Goodyear
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
