Job Category: ProvidersSanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Plantation, Florida medical center. This outpatient opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive primary care to **patients of all ages—from pediatrics through geriatrics—**while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Flexible weekday schedule with alternating shifts:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- No on-call responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with care teams to improve quality outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
