REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Required:

    • Well woman care

    • Toddler (1-2 years)

    • Child (3-13 years)

    • Adolescent (13-18 years)

    • General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: Board Eligible

  • Licenses: Active WI license or willing to obtain

  • Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages

  • Collaborate with onsite Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) in a team-based setting

  • Maintain a flexible clinic schedule, with ability to adjust start/stop times as needed

  • Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day

  • No inpatient or on-call responsibilities required
