Fort HealthCare, located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team in providing primary care. The Family Medicine Clinic offers a collaborative, integrated care environment, which includes shared space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology Services, fostering seamless coordination and comprehensive care for our patients.

Fort HealthCare provides care to the residents in and around Jefferson County. The Fort Memorial Hospital is a modern, fully accredited, acute care facility with 49 beds. In addition to inpatient services, Fort HealthCare offers ambulatory surgery, the Center for Joint Replacement, an exceptional hand care program and many specialty clinics, a birthing center, cardiac rehabilitation, emergency services including the Urgent Care Program for after-hours treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, occupational medicine and more. Satellite clinics offering primary and specialty care are located in Fort Atkinson, Cambridge, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, and Whitewater.
