Family Medicine Physician

Onsite | Buckeye, AZ

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this physician-level primary care role.

This position requires a physician who is clinically versatile, patient-focused, and capable of delivering comprehensive care across all age groups, including pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• 
  Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
• 
  Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
• 
  Deliver pediatric care alongside adult patient management
• 
  Educate patients and families on preventive care and long-term health management
• 
  Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within EMR systems
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• 
  Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• 
  Demonstrated experience treating pediatric and adult patient populations
• 
  Strong competency managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages
• 
  Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
• 
  Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• 
  Stable and consistent clinical work history
• 
  Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• 
  Experience in community-based or mission-driven healthcare environments
• 
  Ability to manage a diverse patient panel efficiently

  Strong preventive care and patient education focus
• 
  Experience working in collaborative, team-based care models

HireNow Package

• Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 base
• Location: Onsite in Buckeye
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
