Family Medicine Physician

Join a dedicated community health center with 7 clinics in NW Georgia (40 miles to downtown Atlanta). Full-service practice group, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, behavior health, dentistry with pharmacy and onsite labs. Collaborative team! Established clinical practice with currently 4 providers (2 physicians and 2 APPs). Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half days Friday), no weekends. Support patients with preventative and chronic care, primarily an underserved population. Clinical Works EMR.

Requirements:

• BE / BC Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• GA Licensed, or eligible
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency desirable

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary (up to $220k)
• Call 1:7, phone consults only
