• Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible scheduling options: 4-day 10-hour workweek or 5-day workweek (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) — no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience:Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership
• Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
• Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
