Family Medicine Physician opportunity in Mesa, AZ

A unique physician-led practice model in the greater Phoenix area is seeking mission-driven, full-spectrum Family Medicine physicians (MD or DO) who are Board Certified or Board Eligible and passionate about serving underserved communities.

Academic & Teaching Opportunities

This role offers involvement in teaching and mentorship within a robust graduate medical education environment. The organization supports numerous residency and fellowship programs.

Loan Repayment & Visa Support

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) qualify for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs (HPSA score: 21)
  • Eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
