Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. This outpatient opportunity is ideal for providers passionate about serving diverse and underserved communities in a structured, high-performing FQHC or community health setting. You will practice in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on access, quality, and continuity of care — with no inpatient responsibilities.
Competitive base salary ranging from $270,000 to $320,000 annually, depending on experience
Full-time weekday schedule (no weekends or call required)

Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic setting strongly preferred
Comfort managing 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including two administrative sessions per day
Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours
Proficiency in managing EMR workflows, including in-basket tasks (patient messages, refills, labs)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
Commitment to culturally competent care in a multilingual patient population
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto, or other languages) highly valued
Current California medical license (MD or DO)
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong outpatient primary care experience
