Experience team-based Family Medicine at CentraCare – St. Joe Clinic, where collaboration and long-term patient relationships drive exceptional care. As a provider, you’ll care for patients of all ages—managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs. You’ll have access to on-site lab and imaging services allowing you to provide comprehensive care. This supportive, team-oriented environment empowers you to focus on building meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality, personalized care.

Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare – St. Joseph

• Day shifts | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Schedule flexibility based on candidate interest

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Current AHA BLS certification

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, or Urgent Care

• Interest in team-based primary care and continuity-focused practice
