PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adults

  • Average Daily Volume: 18

FACILITY INFORMATION

  • EMR System: Epic

  • Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: BC/BE required

  • Licenses: Licensed in CA

  • DEA: Active DEA required

  • Certifications: BLS, PALS

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting (panel management)

  • Immunizations/titers: Flu, TB clearance, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.

  • Maintain a minimum patient volume of 18 patients per day.

  • Manage chronic pain cases within the outpatient setting.

  • Ensure timely documentation and chart closure within 72 hours.

  • Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs to provide quality patient care.
