
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our welcoming, community-based clinic in Morganfield, KY This is a unique opportunity to practice in a small, close-knit rural clinic while being fully supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of a large health system.
This position is ideal for a new graduate OR an experienced physician looking for strong support and true work-life balance with a 4-day work week.
Position Highlights
100% outpatient practice
Inpatient care handled by Deaconess Hospitalist Group
Supportive team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
Home call only with nurse triage support
Epic EMR with AI assistance across Deaconess clinics and hospitals
Optional inpatient or ER work if desired

Compensation & Benefits
$300,000 guaranteed salary (24 months)
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Residency stipend: $2,000/month
5 weeks of paid vacation
1 week of CME
$3,500 annual CME/professional allowance

Location and Community:
The Morganfield office is a primary care practice located approximately 3 miles from the Deaconess Union County Hospital. The practice is best described as a well-rounded primary care practice. Phlebotomy and x-ray are on-site. Also, in the Delta Region and J-1 visa is accepted

The area offers excellent opportunities for hunting, fishing, and water sports, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
