What You Will Do

• Lead and manage complex family law cases, providing expert legal guidance and representation.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals to develop effective strategies for client success.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation.
• Stay current with legal trends and changes in family law to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Contribute to the firm's culture of excellence through active participation in team initiatives and community outreach.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 10+ years of experience in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior attorneys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful legal strategies.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a venture-backed law firm or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Established network within the legal community to enhance business development efforts.
• Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or collaborative law.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $300K, with an opportunity for equity participation. The firm offers a transparent compensation structure that rewards performance and fosters career advancement.
