Job Description

Are you an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney with a passion for advocating for families during their most challenging times? Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a talented attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team immediately. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in handling family law cases while working alongside a group of dedicated and supportive lawyers.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and other related legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research, gather evidence, draft legal documents, and provide expert counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings to ensure their rights and interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with a team of 3 to 4 lawyers to strategize and develop effective legal solutions for our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations, precedents, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and relevant legal advice.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from and a valid license to practice law in California
  • 2+years of experience as a Family Law Litigation Attorney, demonstrating a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently manage a caseload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive family matters with compassion and discretion.

Salary and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
