
Family Law Lawyer
Our client is a well-established boutique law firm, and they are currently seeking a family law lawyer with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in family law matters to join their growing firm.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 2 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters. You must also have excellent knowledge and understanding of matters related to contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child, and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property.
In this new role you must be able to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team. You should have excellent communication skills; and appreciate the importance of providing outstanding, cost effective and responsive legal services to clients. In this role you will also require an entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in building client relationships.
Must be a member of the Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. Other key success factors include strong analytical, research and writing skills along with excellent academic credentials.
