Love kids, enjoy people, and want a job that feels good to show up for? We've got a spot for you!

Are you a former nanny ready for a change of pace? An empty nester who misses being around families? A retired teacher, caregiver, or people-person who loves making a difference but is ready for a break from managing kids all day?

What if you could spend your afternoons surrounded by happy kids, proud parents, exciting milestones, and a team that genuinely loves what they do?

Welcome to Water You Wading For!

We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and organized Family Experience Expert to help create the magic that makes our swim school so much more than swimming lessons.

At WYWF, the experience starts long before a swimmer gets into the water. It's the smile at the door, the reassuring hello to a nervous parent, the excitement of celebrating a swimmer's next milestone, and the feeling that your family belongs here.

We're looking for someone who can bring that experience to life, one family at a time!

What You'll Do

Be the Face of WYWF

  • Greet every family with a genuine smile and a warm hello.
  • Check swimmers in and help families feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Welcome new swimmers, give families a tour, show them where to change, and introduce them to their swim instructor.
  • Answer routine questions and help families navigate their swim-school experience.
  • Celebrate swimmer milestones by handing out ribbons when swimmers level up!

Keep the Deck Running Smoothly

  • Learn our swim schedule so you know who's swimming and where they need to be.
  • Keep the pool deck tidy, organized, and welcoming.
  • Organize the equipment room and restock swim lesson supplies.
  • Replenish staff snacks, toiletries, and everyday essentials.
  • Notice what needs attention and take initiative without waiting to be asked.

Bring the WYWF Magic

  • Create a fun, positive atmosphere for swimmers, families, and teammates.
  • Help new families feel like part of our community from day one.
  • Find opportunities to make ordinary moments feel special.
  • Celebrate swimmer progress and accomplishments.
  • Support our instructors and leadership team by helping the entire poolside experience feel organized, connected, and full of positive energy.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a swim instructor, an office expert, or an Olympic swimmer! We need someone who:

  • Genuinely enjoys interacting with people and making them feel welcome.
  • Loves kids and families but wants a role that doesn't require managing children all day.
  • Is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable staying busy.
  • Has a friendly personality and connects easily with others.
  • Notices the little things that make a big difference.
  • Can learn a schedule, answer routine questions, and follow established procedures.
  • Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team.
  • Understands the importance of safety, communication, and teamwork.

You might be a great fit if you've been a nanny, caregiver, teacher's aide, hospitality professional, receptionist, community volunteer, or the person everyone counts on to make things happen!

Life experience matters here. A warm personality, reliability, and a heart for people can be just as valuable as a long résumé.

Why Water You Wading For?

We're more than a swim school. We're a community where children build confidence, families celebrate milestones, and our team helps create lifelong relationships with swimming and water safety.

Our culture is built around passion, inclusion, growth, teamwork, and doing the right thing. We believe in purposeful play, celebrating progress, and helping every swimmer feel supported.

You'll join a team that values your contributions, appreciates fresh ideas, and wants you to enjoy coming to work.

And the best part? You get to be part of the magic without having to teach the lessons yourself!

Ready to Make a Splash?

If you're the kind of person who believes a warm welcome can change someone's day, loves celebrating little victories, and wants to be part of a team with a great vibe, we'd love to meet you!

Come help us make every family's WYWF experience feel a little more magical.
