Job Type: Maximum Term Full-time - 8 Month Contract
Salary: $93,670.78 - $100,783.94 per annum, based on skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)

As a Family Coach, you will partner with families in Mernda and surrounding areas to support their aspirations, strengthen their capacity, and connect them with resources and services. Using a strength-based, person-centred approach, you will help families navigate the early years ecosystem, build confidence, and foster relationships that promote child development and family wellbeing.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
