The Family and Children’s Program Manager provides
leadership and management to the Economic Services Division Family and
Children’s Medicaid program. Ensures federal, state, and county standards are
met and customers receive benefits in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains
high standards for staff training, performance, and section morale. Provides
clear and consistent communication to equip staff for success. The position is
part of the management team for the Division, manages 8-10 supervisors (direct
reports) and approximately 80 staff members (indirect reports).
