About Our Family

Our family of five is looking for a trusted partner who can help our days run more smoothly. We value kindness, positivity, organization, and a team-oriented approach, and we are seeking someone who feels like a natural extension of our household. The ideal person will bring calm energy, thoughtful support, and a proactive mindset to busy mornings, family routines, and day-to-day needs.

Our household would greatly benefit from someone who can step in as a reliable second set of hands. With existing household support in place for cleaning and laundry, this role is focused on family logistics, childcare support, errands, meal assistance, organization, and anticipating the details that help our home run efficiently.

Building a genuine connection with our children is especially important. We are looking for someone who can earn their trust, engage with them naturally, and bring a warm, positive presence to our home while supporting the rhythm of our family’s daily life.

Who You Are/What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and confidence to a busy family environment. Our family is looking for a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, build strong relationships, and bring positive energy to each day.

  • Warm & Kind: You naturally connect with children and family members, creating a welcoming and supportive presence in the home.
  • Proactive: You notice what needs to be done and take initiative without needing constant direction or reminders.
  • Organized: You enjoy creating order, maintaining systems, and keeping household details running smoothly.
  • Reliable & Dependable: You are punctual, consistent, and someone a family can confidently rely on day after day.
  • Positive Energy: You bring a cheerful, calm, and upbeat attitude, especially during busy mornings and transitions.
  • Trustworthy & Discreet: You respect family privacy and handle household responsibilities with professionalism and good judgment.
  • Collaborative: You work well as part of a team, communicate openly, and partner naturally with family members and existing household support.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with technology and handling everyday tasks such as emails, scheduling, online orders, and returns.
  • Adaptable: You are flexible and comfortable shifting priorities as family needs change throughout the day.
